1 A signed letter (sent via U.S. Mail) from you stating that you will not use, nor share any of the information provided to you in the package you received from us. Also indicate in the letter that you will not accept any employment from any of the companies provided in our listing for a period of one (1) year. We are in periodic contact with companies on our list.
2 Send (via U.S. Mail) three letters, from three different companies that you contacted from our listing that denied you employment. "Denied Employment" constitutes any letter from a company informing you that they cannot use your services or any letter/envelopes returned to you due to a company moving. DO NOT SEND THIS INFORMATION VIA ANY METHOD OTHER THAN U.S. MAIL. We do not process refund requests via email or phone.
3 Provide us with the following information about your order.
* The First and Last Name of the person who place the original order.
* The date that the order was placed.
* Specify if your order was a credit card order, online check order, or if you mailed us a check or money order.
4 You must delete/destroy every form of all information provided to you. Specify in your letter that you have destroyed all information provided to you in the package you purchased.
